Sr. Business Operations Manager

Centralized Timekeeping is seeking an experienced Business Operations manager to support the growth of our time organization globally. This position will be responsible for implementing KPIs and measuring performance of the organization, supplying leadership with relevant and timely data and facts on health of the functions. This individual will identify, develop and deploy scalable mechanisms to manage the rhythm of the activities such as business reviews, goal setting and tracking mechanisms, headcount and location strategies, as well as other cadenced reporting and metrics.

This individual will need to collaborate effectively with internal end-users across the globe and data teams to solve problems, implement new reporting solutions, and deliver successfully against high standards. This is a hands-on position - the ideal candidate must be willing to €œroll up the sleeves€.

This position will work with the several stakeholders including finance, space planning, service delivery leadership, economists, and data insight teams to facilitate knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination and alignment. The individual must have the ability to communicate effectively across various business units, as well as across geographies.

As Operations Manager, your role is critical and highly visible across the organization. Your key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Participate in the definition of the goals, drive programs and business critical activities to meet the rapid growth of the business and achieve attainment of strategic objectives
· Track and report all key performance indicators, goals, efficiency and trend analyses during monthly business reviews
· Streamline the operational cadence of business activities required by leadership and management
· Drive weekly, monthly, quarterly, special projects, and ad-hoc internal communications to ensure alignment in strategic objectives
· Assist with the 12 month strategic planning cycle (OP1 and OP2), and develop in year and next year goals.
· Lead headcount management and location strategy
· Develop management dashboards and reports
· Prepare ad hoc analysis & lead and participate in projects as needed
· Analyze data and trends to make informed recommendations to managers and drive change
· Collaborate with other operations managers to identify and implement best practices
· Ensure consistent and efficient execution of all functions by working closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive adoption and implementation of global standards, processes and programs.
· Manage and develop a business analyst to support key business functions
The successful candidate is analytical and possesses a passion for developing insights from data. The candidate should be able to communicate those insights effectively to business stakeholders. This requires excellent business acumen and communication skills as well as the ability to work with business leaders to develop and define key business questions. The candidate will also be able to collect information and design the analysis model that answers these questions. The candidate will demonstrate critical analytical thinking and the willingness to dive deep. Lastly, the candidate should be have a technical proficiency in Excel and preferably Tableau/Quicksight.


· Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements
· 5+ years of experience delivering cross functional projects
· 5+ years of experience in program or project management
· 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or related field, or equivalent experience.
· 5+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Program Operations or a similar role in a corporate environment supporting a global tech organization
· Experience defining, refining and implementing processes, procedures and policies
· Experience administering communication tools
· Financial, analytical and communication skills
· Relevant work experience in business operations role for a large organization
· Professional skills in reporting and communications.
· Experience in developing requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting.
· Working experience with complex budgeting spreadsheets, reporting tool
· Advanced Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, and basic SQL skills
· Ability to work independently with limited general supervision and prioritize competing demands.


· Communication skills and experience leading and coordinating broad business reviews
· Possess solid interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively organize and communicate with cross-functional teams and solve issues.
· Ability to convey operational status and issues to multiple levels of the organization with the appropriate level of detail and clarity.
· Ability to think strategically about business challenges.
· Experience in project management and business systems implementation projects.
· Ability to display data in a simple, intuitive format and to present findings in a clear and concise manner
· Passion for working in a lean, fast-paced organization, and desire to own and refine key operational processes
