KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate - Expansion PMO, Business Hub to join our Growth and Strategy organization.


+ Key project management point of contact on expansion efforts across the markets; Regularly liaise with Ignition team members, real estate, technology, facility operations and external vendors to ensure the ecosystem is supported

+ Collaborate with Ignition team members to ensure that the right inputs are provided to each expansion work stream and activity; Keep Ignition National Market Leader informed regularly on status of project; Seek input from Ignition National Market Leader on key project decisions

+ Independently develop project management materials, collaborate with sponsors, team leaders and other key stakeholders to manage and maintain project plans, key milestones, status reports, deliverables, risks and issues; Develop and maintain CapEx and operations budgets

+ Responsible for reporting and communicating key issues on the project and recommending proposed solutions

+ Develop leadership presentations and materials on expansion effort; update expansion playbook as activities evolve

+ Participate in training and upskilling the Ignition market team and the hub team; Present to hub leadership to support education and awareness of Ignition's capabilities


+ Minimum three years of experience with project, program or portfolio management, specifically with market expansion programs, involving real estate, business process and technology components

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; PMP and/orCertified BA a plus

+ Ability to work independently, proactive, organized and pays attention to detail; Works well in a team environment and works collaboratively to get things done

+ Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, energetic, has a creative mindset and the ability to build excitement and momentum around the assets

+ Strong Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio and Teams) skills; Knowledge of JIRA or Microsoft Azure Dev Ops is a plus

+ Travel may be up to 25-50%
