**Sr. Advanced Analytics Analyst - Gurgaon**

Senior Advanced Analytics
Analyst would work closely with APAC country businesses to support CVG APAC and
country leaders for key decision making.This person would be working very closely with
country and APAC functions like marketing, strategy, finance to create MIS and
business analysis for decision making.This role will report toAPAC
CVG Commercial Operations Manager.

**ADay in the Life**

Analyse business data and provide dashboards to the APAC
and country Business Leaders for review on regular basis

Monitor business plans to achieve
organizational growth, align cross-functional business teams to deliver
business results and track key business health indicators

Identify, measure and report issues,
barriers, and opportunities for CVG businesses (CRHF, CV, APV, SH) and pose a
positive challenge to business leaders in line with strategic objectives

Analyse implant sales /distributor buy-in and
inventory/product market data (such as model mix) and trends and proactively to
identify customer and field segments (including distributors) that would
benefit APAC strategy and marketing efforts

Drive initiatives that will result in sales and margin
growth (i.e. analysis of rebate, pricing, distributor performance, product
implant, dealer inventory, etc.)

Lead new product post-launch
solution development projects on identified KPIs working with APAC and country
marketing teams

Conduct APAC country workshops
with APAC business and functional stakeholders to drive the product portfolio,
new-launches, and pricing optimization annual targets

Own the current analytics
capabilities and develop new as required by APAC LT and marketing (BU sales,
PL analysis, focus product, go-direct, frontier market performance .)

Market assessment of key
therapies, market models, and new product launches to provide overview and
actionable insights

Data collection, selection and analysis from customer,
therapy, hospital, region, competition, and distributor

Manage available 3 rd party data sources and new acquisitions for APAC market for better market share

Ensure data quality,
standardization, integration and self-refresh reporting/visualization of
customer and sales data

Drive the CVG Asia Pacific BI
roadmap to prioritize critical BI elements

Collaborate with BI (country, APAC
and global) and Marketing (country, APAC) for alignment and support

Build analytics programs for opportunity
identification and support decision making

Lead the analytics platforms
(SFDC, Vista, Tableau.) new capability launches in consensus with countries

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

Requires a University Degree and
minimum of 6 + years of relevant experience, and advanced degree with a minimum
of 3 years relevant experience

Science Graduate with MBA degree
from a Tier-1 institute

+ Keen business acumen to uncover insights andopportunities by analysing integrating data from various datasources

Excellent knowledge of creating
and publishing Tableau dashboards (nice to have for other Viz: Power BI,

Excellent knowledge of Ms Excel
with VBA macro, Ms PowerPoint and working knowledge of SQL, MS Access,

Working knowledge of big data and
techniques of data mining

Working knowledge of SFDC
SharePoint will be preferred
