DESCRIPTION: Upscale well known rapidly growing company seeking chefs and managers at all levels for the Atlanta, GA market. Company is experiencing heavy growth over the next 24 months. Must be a hands on hard worker with excellent leadership training and motivating skills in well known upscale, high volume restaurants. Must have excellent cost control and guest service skills. Must have very strong food skills in scratch kitchens and an excellent food palate. We strive for consistency between our restaurants and although our cuisine is upscale and cutting edge, there is not much room for creativity. Must have excellent attention to detail and quality and strong organization and communication skills. Must be a team player. Ideal candidates will be relocatable and willing to travel to new openings. Salaries for General Managers and Executive Chefs are in the $65K-$85K+ range, Assistant General Managers and Executive Sous Chefs are in the $50K-$70K+ range and Restaurant Managers and Sous Chefs are in the $50K-$70K range.
