**Job Description Summary**


The Programs team designs and implements the primary sales programs to be executed by sales teams. The Programs Manager creates sales programs that drive the product line objectives for the business. Success measures include both, activity, and outcome metrics, such as follow-up, quote & order taps, pipeline, revenue, number of buyers, along with the overall enablement and segment success. The Programs Manager will define the program strategy, work across the Center of Competence (CoC), and Sales teams to enable the business and work with leadership to drive program performance.

**Core Responsibilities**

1. **Collaborates with Product Line Management** team to drive product/solution content through

our sales programs and activities for maximum value and impact.

2. **Gathers feedback** on program effectiveness through multiple channels, including direct stakeholder interaction, and communicates to appropriate marketing, CoC, and business leaders.

3. **Define success metrics** , set targets, and drive attainment against leading indicators and performance metrics for key initiatives, including play performance, seeds utilization, demonstration frequency and effectiveness, sales activity, pipeline development, revenue, and margin.

4. **Determines most effective segment/vertical sales tools** and drives usage to maximize sales productivity. Tools include sales-ready assets, asset repositories, sales plays, interlinked marketing activities, sales enablement.

5. **Develops and/or adapts content and programs** to achieve sales demand through print

and electronic collateral delivery, sales training, customer research and customer briefings.

6. **Analyze performance** reports to identify patterns, trends, and areas of consistent

under-performance and call out with suggested course of action.

7. **Liaise with vendor & internal compliance teams** for programs funding, sign-off on terms

& conditions; submit Proof of Execution within deadline for timely reimbursement

**Program Management Senior Advisor**

**What youll achieve**

As a Program Manager Senior Advisor, you will identify new growth areas, technologies, and emerging product/service opportunities. You will conduct in-depth market analysis to optimize existing products/solutions and build next generation programs, partnering closely with the Sales and Product Management to serve as a marketing engine for program identification, creation and execution.

**You will:**

Plan and launch programs and sales plays

Program Strategy, Key Performance Indicator (KPI) definition and success measurement

Program coordination with other business units/lines of business

Execution and launch of contests/promotions

Manage alliances partner engagement and funding

Coordinate customer proof of concepts, demonstration, and seed units

Insight and analytics of programs reporting

Support business case for improvements on new programs

Capture and manage requirements and provide a simple interpretation

Drive preparation for external and internal reviews and events

**Essential Requirements**

Excellent program and project management execution abilities with strategic and meticulous focus on metrics and deliverables

Must be a self-starter and proactive problem solver

Applies broad knowledge of companys product/service capabilities and competitive environment to identify new growth areas, new technology and emerging product/service opportunities.

Manages product portfolio roadmap and works to scope opportunities and obtain appropriate funding for new programs.

Ensures that product/ solution features and specifications reflect customer requirements.

Works across all functional areas, gathering inputs, updating product plans and roadmaps, and communicating the impact of product/ solution decisions to all stakeholders.

Works extensively with multiple stakeholders to build solutions marketing plans and drive them through the organization.

Collaborates with other key stakeholders, Business Unit Leaders Field Marketing Managers to align product strategies into comprehensive portfolios for the business unit

Reviews product/ solution evaluation metrics from multiple sources and ensures programs are on target.


Leads requirements gathering and management; provides simple interpretation

Leads preparation for external and internal product events

Ensure alignment of programs to key Global IOPs and strategic requirements

Lead and Develop programs that will help the organization over deliver on the AOP
