Our team is dedicated to supporting new members. We have a broad mix of experience levels and tenures, and we€™re building an environment that celebrates knowledge sharing and mentorship. Our senior members enjoy one-on-one mentoring and thorough, but kind, code reviews. We care about your career growth and strive to assign projects based on what will help each team member develop into a better-rounded engineer and enable them to take on more complex tasks in the future.

We believe striking the right balance between your personal and professional life is critical to life-long happiness and fulfillment. We offer flexibility in working hours and encourage you to find your own balance between your work and personal lives.

Software development: writing code, publishing code reviews, giving/receiving feedback on code reviews, talking with the team in person or on Slack, attending design review meetings to learn/ask questions/provide feedback.

Weekly 1:1 with your manager for career development and growth -- we are here to help and make sure you have everything you need to be successful at our team (and at Amazon) to accomplish your career goals.

About the team
Team Charter: Delight customers with tools to programmatically manage their ticket data to track and resolve customer problems.

Directly or indirectly, every Amazonian can be a customer of what our team builds and maintains. What we build has significant impact across the entire company.

We€™re an approachable and diverse group of engineers of varying roles and levels including SDE, SysDE, Program Analyst, and SysEng. We€™re good at mapping projects to people for learning and growth opportunities, and mapping people to people for mentorship opportunities.
