**Roles and Responsibilities**

As a member of the Enterprise SharePoint Support team, the selected candidate will provide program Onboarding/Offboarding support and SharePoint/application user support to the Orbital and Geospatial Systems (OGS) division and the Next Gen Polar (NGP) program.

Onboarding/Offboarding support includes granting permissions in SharePoint and other collaboration tools, adding/removing users in distribution lists and updating program rosters. External user onboarding/offboarding also includes administration of external accounts in Customer Partner Access (CPA).

This will include site migrations, capability construction, working user requests and incidents. This role is instrumental in bringing the value of the SharePoint platform and customer success to the Enterprise. He/she will research, design, develop, and/or modify the enterprise-wide collaboration solutions. Additional responsibilities include planning of system and development deployment, meeting software compliance standards, and evaluating operational requirements and customer needs.

**Basic Qualifications**

A candidate, regardless of age and hiring source, must meet all the below criteria.

+ At least 2 years of relevant experience (T2) with a Bachelors degree; 1 year of relevant experience with a Masters degree
+ At least 1 year of Information Management experience
+ Ability to work in a virtual environment and be accountable to a support team and the team leads

**Preferred Qualifications**

+ Excellent customer service skills
+ One year or more of experience supporting SharePoint user needs
+ Experience with the Orbital and Geospatial Systems (OGS) division or Next Gen Polar (NGP) program

Salary Range: $74,900.00 - $112,300.00

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
