SoC STA Engineer
Job DescriptionAXGs Graphics SoC team is responsible for delivering discrete graphics solutions to client and server product segments. We are looking for a Engineers with expertise in SoC timing closure to join our team. This team is focused exclusively on SoC timing closure for Discrete Graphics SOCs . In this role responsibilities include, but are not limited to- � Work with Architecture and Design teams to understand timing specification and performance requirements of SOC and its IPs � Provide inputs to logic designers in coding/validating timing constraints, debug constraints related issues � Work hand-in-hand with Floorplanning and Physical Design teams for defining timing budget and support partition timing closure/sign-off � Experience in generating timing ECOs across modes/corners
Qualifications
� Candidate should possess a Bachelors or Masters in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or Equivalent
� 3+ Expertise in Static Timing Analysis (STA) using Synopsys PrimeTime or any other equivalent industry tool
� Very clear understanding on Crosstalk delay/noise, Derates, AOCV/POCV concepts and its impact of design closure
� Very clear understanding of Timing lib generation and associated quality checks
� Well versed with TCL/Perl/Shell Scripting
� Good communication and organizational skills
� Excellent Team work and customer orientation skills
