This position is responsible for engaging Small Business Services customers with extraordinary customer care to increase card spending. The main purposes of this position are: Outbound call to SBS customers to increase card spending with delivering value added services. Deliver best-in-class superior customer experience, leveraging Relationship Care. Top Client Customer treatment a fter LTE and AD Mega experience, and evaluating his/her skill set and knowledge to handle Top Client Management Segment in SBS. OJT: Support Team Leader to make smooth on-board for new comer.
