Small Business eCommerce Marketing Manager

What You'll Do

Small Business is a key business priority for us in EMEAR. In order for us to grow this market, we want to engage with new routes to market.

This is an exciting new opportunity to help grow the eCommerce business for the Cisco Small Business Segment and its channel network in EMEAR. In this role you will build programs to roll out across EMEAR to enable countries to capitalize on eCommerce, aligning with further Small Business initiatives.

Key responsibilities:

You will be responsible for building the EMEAR eCommerce strategy and guiding the adaption across multiple key websites.

  • Build a go-to-market Partner strategy for eCommerce including working with Theatre Partner Marketing & Channel leads to understand the partner landscape
  • Recruit, enable and transform the Partners
  • Contribute to the global eCommerce strategy
  • Roll out eCommerce strategy in EMEAR and drive EMEAR wide eCommerce relationships and platforms
  • Manage the integration between eCommerce sites and Cisco.com, including the integration of key programs to enable this
  • Responsible for any budget requests as a result of the planning activities.
  • Working with Global making sure we have the right content for the RTM and it is shared and communicated on Partner Marketing Channels and internally to our marketing colleagues and channel teams. Where there are content gaps, being able to influence others to support you or regionally filling the gap.
  • Creating marketing programs to support growth within each partner eCommerce site, for example, paid media investments, use of audiences and insights.
  • Scale optimisations you have learnt across EMEAR to your field stakeholders.
  • Measuring the impact of our marketing efforts with the RTM. Reviewing performance and investments

Who You'll Work With

You will work across EMEAR with a team of talented, passionate and fun marketing professionals to both align on content, ideas and opportunities and guide our field marketing teams with standard methodology and collaboration ideas.

Who You Are

  • You have a minimum of 3 years' experience in the eCommerce business
  • Able to lead and set up international E-commerce strategy and E-commerce business plans
  • Developing and managing an online shop(s) and setting a framework so our partners can grow their eCommerce business
  • Engaging and aligning with global teams
  • Tracking and monitoring performance of campaigns
  • Experience working with large eCommerce platforms and/or Cisco competitors
  • Experience working with content syndication tools such as CNET and price spider
  • Consistent track record of driving sales and delivering YOY growth
  • Experience in wholesale/distributor sales channel
  • Strong background in driving new distribution and delivering profitable sales
  • PC, CRO, SEO, Display advertising and Adobe Analytics
  • Experience of handling external agencies.
  • Growth mindset
  • Strong stakeholder management experience
  • You are a pioneer and are able to identify growth opportunity
  • Ability to work in an international virtual team with marketing, sales and product specialists
  • Highly organized, goal-oriented, starter finisher comfortable with running multiple projects
  • An affinity with technology and understanding of B2C and B2B Commerce
