+ Responsible to handle all incoming and outgoing shipments, material storage, replenishment to cleanroom.

+ Physical inventory management, to ensure high inventory accuracy and to maintain a well-organized warehouse.

**A Day in the life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned

+ Verify and keep records on incoming and outgoing shipments and prepares items for shipment. Examines incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure shipments align with documentation.

+ Perform necessary transactions in SAP and Kardex systems to ensure data under both systems are aligned all the time.

+ Troubleshoot and fix any system errors in timely manner.

+ Compare, identify information and count, weigh, or measure items of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify information against COA, bills, invoices, orders, or other records.

+ Determine method of shipment based on knowledge, shipping procedures, routes, and rates. Affix shipping labels on packed cartons, identifying shipping information on cartons.

+ Assemble cardboard containers or select preassembled containers. Inserts items into containers, using spacers, fillers, and protective padding to mitigate damage risk.

+ Post weight and shipping charges, and affix postage. Unpack and examine incoming shipments, reject or segregate damaged items, record shortages, and correspond with shipper to rectify damages and shortages.

+ Maintain inventory of shipping materials and supplies. Direct received materials to appropriate locations in the warehouse i.e. stores, FG or returned products.

+ May operate tier-lift truck or use handtruck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping-and-receiving platform to storage or work area.

+ Handle damaged or defective goods return to vendor.

+ Conduct cycle count and stock take and investigate inventory discrepancies.

+ Perform daily put away, picking activities to ensure daily cleanroom material replenishment requirement are met. Alert supervisor and planner for low inventory and material shortage.

+ Work closely with planner/buyer to resolve open receiving issues in a timely manner.

+ Perform other duties as required.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Minimum of 4 years of experience of relevant experience and may require vocational or technical education or certification in addition to prior work experience

**Additional Requirements**

+ Minimum 3 years warehousing experience, such as shipping or freight operation (air sea) and documentation, preferably in an MNC manufacturing working environment

+ Good SAP and/or WMS hands-on experience,

+ Experiences in packing and identifying suitable shipping procedures, routes and rates.

+ Must have good PC skill, multi-task and work in a dynamic working environment

+ GCE O or A level or Diploma in Supply Chain / Logistics / Shipping or equivalent
