Job Purpose


This position plays a strategic role in the pursuit of demand generation through marketing campaigns, new services business, understanding the client segments to position Xerox offerings strongly in the marketplace.  This position is responsible for Process governance and guidelines including bid pursuit, pricing, internal and external partners, knowledge dissemination and enablement.

The role impacts the growth of pipeline with outcome-based demand generation while providing expertise throughout sales cycle.




         Deliver Demand Gen objectives through Marketing campaigns for Xerox Services Business.

         Impact Pipeline Growth

         Effective large deal - Bid Management including pricing support

         Support large deal conversion


Job Responsibilities


         Value Proposition


  Create and lead Marketing Plan for demand generation through Digital, Social Campaigns, PR, Agencies, Events.

  Evangelize the Xerox Services Value Proposition to key stakeholders internally as well as externally be an SME.

  Business Development establishes key customer connects for large opportunities with an objective to support the sales team on deal closure in large opportunities.

  Internal stakeholder management and run sales process improvement program by collaborating with other business functions.

  SPOC for global opportunities and process governance.




  Internal and External Communication - regular cadence on key business insights / LOB statistics / collaterals.

  Build a repository for all reference documents for services business and maintain currency of the information.


         Demand Generation


  Build and execute the Services Marketing Plan.

  Plan selective investments basis the plan on Events (Networking / Sponsored) as per the Quarter plan and track ROI from investments.

  Support the PR plan in terms of content creation every quarter.

  Client Workshops / ABME on Pipeline Opportunities targeting conversion.

  Deliver customer case studies.

  Enable the Sell-with/Sell Thru model with Alliance Partners for Services business.

  Plan and execute digital campaign for customers and deliver quality leads / pipeline addition.


         Bid Management


  Own Bid Management process for Services deals as per the agreed process.

  Ownership to ensure that local RACI for bid management is implemented.

  Participate and assess further solution optimization for bid requests.

Background and Experience


         Relevant experience of 15 years in similar/related industry

         A proven record of accomplishment in complex technology based outsourced business; having worked in B2B Marketing, Large Enterprise Sales, Bid Management.

         Handled one of more large Alliance Partnerships in previous assignments.

         Sound experience in designing technology-based services and solutions in response to clients key business drivers.

         Should have knowledge of Digital Transformation and ability to articulate the components of the same.




         Graduate from reputed institutions. MBA preferred.

         Proven ability to provide services that improve clients business performance

         Client facing experience / experience in marketing and bid management

         Ability to interact / communicate both verbally and written with senior level customers (both internal and external)
