AT&T has an opening for Service Delivery Manager to support the Army Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) program as a member of the Program Management Office team responsible for developing, delivering, maintaining and securing a commercially provided Command and Control information network for the United States Army.

Responsibilities:
This position requires a strong leader with experience and expertise in the DOD Community, with a focus on Army Cyber and IT organizations, associated stakeholders & customers, and associated missions. Specific requirements for the Service Delivery Manager include, but are not limited to: Extensive knowledge of the specific customer (Army), including the needs of the agencys internal organizational units; how each organization acquires technology and products for their mission; and a technical background to quickly come up to speed on the depth and breadth of AT&T products and services and their applicability to the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS)program. Manager works within the Program Management Office(PMO) to provide a high quality, end-to end customer experience and will be responsible for Service Delivery SLAs and to resolve any process/quality/support issues that arise within AT&T or from external vendors. Drives team to execute on contract terms and conditions and works to ensure on-time delivery of projects supporting the client. Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the business function.

Candidate will perform the following duties:
  • Oversee multiple Lines of Effort and cross-cut solutions for the program; maintain situational awareness across all efforts, providing regular briefings, status updates, and recommendations to the PMO.
  • Coordination with site personnel, AT&T internal organizations, and external organizations to ensure implementation of EITaaS solutions at designated Army installations.
  • Responsible for providing customer service support to assigned customers and ensuring critical service requirements are met.
  • Partners with internal and external organization to ensure customer specific service issues are address in a timely manner.
  • Organize and support meetings across multiple organizations to include AT&T, Army, and other external organizations.
  • Assures successful implementation of service agreements and provide reports/tools to measure performance-based on those agreements.
  • Serves as customer advocate and escalation point of contact for service performance issues.
  • Provides operations reports to Army, including performance for SLOs, chronic issues, and remediation plans.
  • Attends meetings, conferences, events, etc. to provide and receive updated information, work in unity with the Army and other agencies with similar telecommunication equipment and system interests and assure AT&Ts position is represented.
  • Provide analysis of delivered technical content.
  • Manage CDRL deliverables to meet schedule and quality requirements.
  • Travel requirement: Approximately 10%
Required Clearance:
DoD Secret clearance (#secret)

Required Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or another related field
8+ years of relevant experience or equivalent

Desired Qualifications:
  • Program Management Professional certification
  • Operational experience working with DoD preferred
  • Must have the ability to work in a dynamic environment and effectively interact with numerous DoD, military/civilian, personnel and industry partners. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
