Server Support Specialist

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Provide Microsoft Windows and Groupware products support service, including AD, SCCM, Windows 2012/2008, Hyper-V.
  • Provide VMWare products support service, include: VMotion , Vcenter management, SRM
  • Provide daily file server and share folder management, account management to end users.
  • New setup, deployment, migration and administration for required Groupware/OS/Vmware in specified project according to designed solution, including: installing, troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, operating, testing, planning and configuring relevant tasks.
  • Deploy standard tools for system backup, monitoring.
  • Perform System security hardening and patch installation.
  • Co-work with project manager, application team and other support groups in project environment; document operation procedure and provide transition to BAU support team.
  • Pursuing customer satisfaction to IBM service via professional work

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Required Skills:
1. At least 3+ years Microsoft and VMWare IT projects delivery/maintenance hands on experience.
2. Have deep knowledge and rich hands on experience in implementation and maintenance for Microsoft product: AD, SCCM, Windows OS, Hyper-V.
3. Preferably have comprehensive knowledge of Windows virtualization solution and methodology.
4. Be familiar with IBM/DELL server hardware products.
5. Sound knowledge in AD/DNS and other enterprise related technologies.
6. Sound knowledge of system security and user management.
7. Good working attitude and communication skill.
8. Ability to work under pressure.
9. Target oriented and self-driven.
10. MCSE certification.
11. English: Fluent in reading and written is a must.
12 Citrix support and XenDesktop and XenAPP skill is addition
13.Public cloud knowledge is a critical plus
