Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis - Regulatory /CCAR Oversight

The Enterprise Operations and Technology (EO&T) FP&A teams are the analytical functions that support the EO&T CFO and senior leadership team. The team is responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis activities which encompasses strategic planning, CCAR, MCST, budgeting, forecasting, divestitures, model management and financial analysis. The group works closely with Corporate and Business FP&A teams, Controllers, and senior leads. Looking for an individual support all activities related to FP&A, regulatory requirements such as CCAR and model management and perform financial analysis to support senior leader in strategic decision making on behalf of EO&T.


+ Support the analysis and reconciliation between Plan/MYF/Quarterly Forecast vs CCAR results for all groups including revenue, balance sheet and expenses.

+ Track and monitor all Transformation related analytics that will support firm-wide forward-looking efforts and partnering with corporate utilizing Cognos

+ Provide supporting analysis of divestiture impact across 14 exit markets partnering closely with CFOs and business partners.

+ Support the ongoing monitoring, validation, and documentation of CCAR and Business Planning models working closely with regions and offshore resources.

+ Work closely with Model Risk Management (MRM) team to Identify and understand future requirements and ensure alignment across the organization

+ Partner with Corporate FP&A team to reassess current CCAR model to better understand future requirements for CCAR and ensure alignment across organization

+ Prepare analytics in support of CFO and CEO Reviews, including business initiatives

+ Create financial reports and meet with finance team to clearly summarize financial trends and provide insight to senior management

+ Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and senior management to influence behavior and decision making

+ Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

+ Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing, and reporting control issues with transparency.


+ Bachelors Degree Required; MBA preferred

+ 5+ years of relevant industry experience, Financial Services experience preferred.

+ Strong quantitative/analytical skills

+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to details

+ Proactive, enthusiasm and willingness to learn and ask questions

+ Strong project management/organizational skills

+ Ability to multi-task and handle changing priorities while executing on numerous deliverables simultaneously

+ Strong MS Excel, PowerPoint, ESSBASE, RUBY preferred and proficiency in reporting toolsets

+ Ability to work independently with a proven track record of solving problems and delivering solutions.
