The Compensation and Benefits team currently has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to lead a major enterprise-wide HCM (Human Capital Management) Cloud initiative across the global HR function. Working closely with the global and regional comp, benefits and payroll teams, this role will focus on (1) the configuration of all allowance payments outside of the scope of comp and benefit payroll codes in Workday and (2) the strategic design of these allowances in the future state.
Position responsibilities include, but not limited to
  • Partner with key HR stakeholders to implement forward thinking solutions that challenge the status quo, meet future business needs and drive to common
  • Take HR leadership role in building roadmap, pre and post implementation timeline and activities including deployment plan, resourcing plan, future state support model, integration and data strategy and data privacy/security
  • Lead governance and PMO process that guides decision making, prioritization, project requests and investment funding
  • Partner with the Global Process Owners (GPOs) to define and drive implementation of streamlined and standardized global operational processes to leverage HCM technology and tools
  • Drive cultural mindset and change management activities through multiple channels to ensure engagement and adoption
  • Partner, communicate and influence various key stakeholders including senior leaders across HR, HRSS, and Citi


  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent
  • 10+ years relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to independently lead large, complex program on a global scale through strong execution and influence skills
  • Demonstrated track record of building strong and trusting relationships with all relevant stakeholders across the organization
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and ambiguous situations
  • Proven track record of evaluating current processes and envisioning ways to leverage external best practices and technology solutions to drive business value
  • Change management and adoption experience in driving transformation
  • Strong relationship management and partnering skills to resolve differences and drive organization towards common agenda
  • Solid understanding of the Human Resources function and the interaction with Shared Services
  • Experience in enterprise cloud implementation preferred
