Under the direction of Offering Management, draft documentation content by collaborating with R&D scrum teams and researching details of product features for each release, in an effort to deliver meaningful documentation as part of the development lifecycle. Write topic driven content for end users and embed technical diagrams, images and other supporting artifacts into the version controlled documentation repository. Discover and promote innovation which may include assessing strategies for intelligent content, content management, and language translations. Engage with Product Owners and Product Managers in the documentation review process, to ensure that the content correctly represents the business requirements. Deliver other artifacts as needed, including release notes and related guides.

·         Collaborate with SCRUM teams to understand requirements that need to be documented

·         Prioritize work to ensure that documentation is written, reviewed and delivered in the right sequence

·         Execute documentation content using Flare and other company documentation tools

·         Adhere to the company documentation standards as outlined in the style guides and other job related materials

·         Assist in other documentation related projects, which may include customer engagements, user guides, training material or general wiki related initiatives

 

YOU MUST HAVE

  • Bachelor's degree with extensive experience, or advanced professional certification with significant experience in the field
  • Madcap Flare experience preferred
