For our new team we are looking for a passionate, customer focused program manager to coordinate projects across multiple teams in the domain of real-time audio, video and data streaming.

In this role you will:
· Work in an Agile environment to deliver high quality software.
· Work with multiple teams, spanning embedded devices, HW and cloud software, to define the roadmap and key milestones for multiple media enhancement projects.
· Balance risk, goals, resources and constraints on a regular basis.
· Collaborate with peer TPMs across multiple geographical locations.
· Communicate effectively to an organization of hundreds of engineers, and present progress to Sr. management, escalating as needed.
· Leverage your EQ and people skills to generate a positive atmosphere of excitement and collaboration towards delighting customers and pushing the limits of technology.
· You understand the principles of the Agile Manifesto. You focus on delivering value to customers, in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment, leveraging tools and processes as a means, not the goal, and picking the right tool, at the right time, as you guide and coordinate multiple teams.
· Streamline and eliminate excess process. Create predictable process paths.
· Manage meetings effectively. Put the right people in the room. Drive detailed business and technical discussions/alignment.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· 7+ years of relevant engineering experience
· Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
· 5+ years of technical program management experience
· Knowledge of project management principles and demonstrated project management experience.
· Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· An MBA degree
· Familiarity with real-time media streaming or VoIP
· Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence, Portfolio)
· A desire to make a real impact and delight millions of people with new technology.
· A passion for helping teams meet their full potential, eliminating obstacles, and clarifying miscommunications.
· A clarity of thought and a demonstrated ability to convert complex requirements and information from a variety of sources into a coherent, concise problem statement and generate a well organized, well written action plan.
· Methodical and organized problem solving skills
· Ability to dive deep and pick up technological knowledge as needed
