The AWS Global Lead Management team is seeking a passionate Senior Technical Product Manager to set the vision and define cutting edge lead management product capabilities to launch and operationalize our futuristic global demand model.

The Senior Technical Product Manager thrives on solving complex problems. This role will bring order and harmony to data originating from multiple disparate sources into a new multifaceted buyer-centric demand model designed in collaboration with a robust tech team. This is an opportunity to harness your deep understanding of B2B marketing and sales objectives to innovate and build lead management capabilities that can scale with the ever-evolving the needs of our global business.

To be successful in this role you will need a proven background driving innovation in the lead management space, delivering high impact process improvement across both marketing and sales. You will need strong communication skills to define requirements across many different stakeholder groups worldwide, and translate them into capabilities aligned to our new demand model.

This role is located in Seattle, WA but also open to Virtual €“ US.

Responsibilities Include:
· Own the strategy and vision for a lead management functional area €“ i.e. acquisition, routing, scoring, handoff
· Accountable to document all business requirements and acceptance criteria
· Understands the full cross-functional impact across the business
· Establishes capabilities, processes, requirements, features/users stories within their functional area
· Builds and owns supporting operational mechanisms for scoring (i.e. Job Aides)
· Collaborates with Principal Product Manager to establish priority
· Participates in product planning (including estimates) and agile delivery activities (i.e. demos)
· Works with Principal Product Manager and SDM to define Minimal Loveable Product (MLP)
· Partners with Enablement Change Management to release functionality to the field
· Partners with Principal Product Manager to define KPIs for their functional area
· Acts as SME to advise on connection points to other functional teams
· Assesses and owns detailed knowledge of scoring models
· Own full knowledge of systems integration where scoring data originates


· Bachelor€™s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or an additional 4+ years relevant professional experience
· 5+ years of relevant engineering experience
· 3+ years€™ experience technical program management experience, lead management related
· 3+ years€™ experience in building and supporting lead management for a global high-tech company
· Demonstrated success managing projects across cross-functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules
· Demonstrated ability to collect data (e.g., from log files, data stores, SQL, potentially via API, etc.)


· Marketo Certified
· Salesforce Admin/Developer Certified
· 5+ years€™ experience with Marketo platform
· 5+ years€™ experience with Salesforce platform
· Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
· Excellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills, and an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
· Able to operate successfully in a lean and fast-paced organization
· Proficiency with BI, Data Hygiene and Data Visualization tool
· Experience with agile development methodologies (i.e. Scrum, XP, etc.)
· Experience in non-technical aspects including idea generation, business analysis, and process optimization
· Master€™s degree in a related technical discipline or an additional 2+ year€™s additional relevant professional experience
