The Global Supply Chain function is undertaking a transformation. The Deployment Lead role is key to achieving the overall transformation value. This leader will be responsible for deploying consistent global approaches and mindsets across the Diabetes Group by engaging leaders from across functions and regions. This role will partner with the Enterprise Process Owners for Plan, Distribution and Trade Operations to build and deploy a MDT approach. The Deployment Lead has ownership to deploy across the business and monitors local process KPIs to ensure maturity.

The Deployment Lead will be a part of defining and embedding the standard MDT approach as the new way of working, this includes a focus on processes, mindset/behavior shifts, and roles/responsibilities to support the Diabetes business decision-making. Deployment Leads may have targeted functional knowledge to complement their ability to design and deploy changes. This functional knowledge may include Plan, Deliver or Trade Operations

**A Day in the Life**

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Lead changes that cross functions (Supply Chain, Operations, Commercial, and Finance)Lead activities with team members/SMEs to ensure completion of activities and capture, address, resolve, and escalate risks/issuesOwn the local Diabetes design and deployment of solutionBuild commitment to the solution through engagement and influence with next level leaders and key stakeholder groupsEngage and collaborate with Sponsor, Enterprise Process Owner/Lead, and Supply Chain leaderPartner with local functional leadership, including IT, Data Mgmt, and Change Mgmt/HR to ensure solution is optimized within the Region or GroupMaintains understanding of program progress, behavior changes, KPI achievement, and ultimately benefit realizationProvide leadership through the completion of the program to ensure a smooth transition to local ownership and ensure work is part of business as usual

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience and 5+ years of managerial experience

+ OR advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience with 5+ years of managerial experience

**Nice to Have**

Experience strategizing and implementing processes and organizations within a Region or Group

Exceptional collaboration skills across the organization.

Proven ability to interact and effectively communicate with Executive management and all levels of the organization

Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills, as well as strong skills as a negotiator and facilitator to reach consensus, buy-in and commitment across multiple functions

Experience in the identified Supply Chain functional knowledge area (Plan, Deliver or Trade Operations)

Five or more years proven success leading a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment

Proven capability to drive results

Experience in a structured business process (e.g. SIOP, SOP, IBP)

Experience strategizing and implementing Plan processes within a large organization

Ten or more years experience in demand/supply, financial or sales planning

Proven ability to interact and effectively communicate with Executive management and all levels of the organization

Proven experience in process definition and implementation

Global change management experience across geography, functions and organization levels.

Experience with an ERP system

Advanced knowledge of Plan systems and processes.

Adept at creating tools and processes from scratch
