DESCRIPTION

We are seeking senior software development manager to join our team. We operate in a start-up like environment and lead the market worldwide in grocery technology advancement.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor€™s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical discipline
· 8+ years€™ experience developing software
· 5+ years' experience managing software development teams

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MS, (or Ph.D). in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering
· Bring a deep understanding of software development in a team, and a proven track record of shipping software
· Experience with component development for Machine Learning and Data Science
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences
· Entrepreneurial spirit combined with strong program and product management skills
· Strong business and technical vision
· Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with large scale distributed systems
· Experience building and operating highly available services
· A deep understanding of software development in a team, and a track record of shipping software on time
· Exceptional customer relationship skills including the ability to discover the true requirements underlying feature requests, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions
