Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Successful candidates must:

  • Deliver end-to-end mission solutions and maintain the integrity of the system-of-system enterprise
  • Understand the application of non-literal imagery and how to apply mathematical algorithms to extract relevant information
  • Demonstrate the knowledge and ability to design performance testing, to verify and validate radar based algorithms
  • Demonstrate an ability to coordinate both internally and externally with NGA segments and IC partners to ensure NSG enterprise alignment and all test data, and resources are identified and available for events/activities

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Lead or participate in the development of radar technology insertion processes that will identify, verify and validate Radar algorithm solutions
  • Analyze, design, test and evaluate systems that handle Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) data through the TPED process
  • Conduct analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
  • Conduct user outreach to communicate planned architecture changes and operational concepts and accept user inputs for optimization of delivery plans
  • Produce weekly activity reports

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • BS in Engineering or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or related STEM degree
  • 18+ years experience in government or industry integrating systems that process SAR data
  • A minimum of 10 years of NGA or other IC agency/mission partner experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • MS or higher in Engineering, Computer Science, Imagery Analysis, or related STEM degree
  • Experience in the SAR discipline of GEOINT analytic tradecraft designing and testing algorithm performance
  • Working knowledge of Model-Based System Engineering, processes, tools and languages
  • Experience integrating solutions using structured and unstructured Big Data
  • Experience integrating solutions using Automation, Augmentation and Artificial Intelligence
  • Experience integrating solutions using Cloud-based technologies
  • Previous NGA and/or NSG/ASG program/project work experience
  • Previous IC or DoD program/project work experience
