  • SALES PROMPTING/PENETRATION: Investigate, identify, and generate new opportunities, and deliver value proposition proposals to the target markets and customers. Prepare sales and order forecast for the assigned customers. Formulate and agree annual sales/order projections with the Division Manager.  Achieve assigned quarterly and annual projections. 35%
  • SALES ACTIVITY: Organize daily activity in accordance with the local sales strategies. Proactive customer site visits to create opportunities and to strengthen business relationship. Develop business growth potential in the aftermarket accounts and assigned OEM accounts. 40%
  • SALES PLANNING: Formulate Customer Action Plans. Update Customer Plan regularly and summarize for Quarterly Sales Meeting Review. 15%
  • SALES REPORTING: Issue promptly Customer Visit Reports through CRM. Prepare in conjunction and issue Quarterly (Projection) Reports. 10%
