We at Mazor Advance
Technologies Group are looking for a talented,dynamic, self-motivated
and auto-didact SW QA team lead to join our software algorithm group.


**A Day in the Life**


As an SW QA team lead in Mazor Advance Technology group you will play a
major role in developing the next generation Robotic Surgery platfom using
latest technologies, working in a very multi-disciplinary environment which
offers endless learning and growth opportunities.


You will take ownership over the entire SW QA testing throughout all
phases of the software development lifecyclewhiledemonstrating proficiency in quality engineering concepts, including but
not limited to design control, risk management, supplier quality, continuous
improvement and software life cycle management.


This position offers opportunity to lead and support new SW development
to ensure desired software performance and reliability levels are met in
compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements and Policies and
Procedures.


You will be responsible for
building up the testing infrastructure for distributes SW systems, includingbut not
limitedto creating
managing Test Plans with full tracebility to system requirments, building an
high performance SQA team responsible for executing all Test Cases, managing bugs
life cycle and trends, define, set up, and maintain Automation test environments
and processes and ensuring product quality robustness.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**


+ BachelorsDegree in Engineering, Science or technical field with 4+ years of workexperience in Engineering and/or Quality

+ Excellentdocumentation skills with experience in writing clear, concise andcomprehensive test plans and test cases

+ Experiencewith Requirements Management, configuration management, test-casemanagmnet and defect tracking tools.

+ Hands-onexperience with both white box and black box testing

+ Hands-onexperience with automated testing

+ Team player with excellent written and verbalcommunication skills as well as interpersonal skills


**Nice to Have**


+ Background from a medical device company and working in aregulated industry very strong advantage

+ Experience with distributed SW systems and microservices

+ Experience in leading a SQA team
