We are looking for a versatile Senior Project Manager to lead various initiatives on Operations & Technology side of Citi Private Bank, working hand-in-hand with Product, Technology and Operations teams ensuring that Critical Business Services undergo the required evaluation and attestation. Project Manager will also support various transformation and efficiency improvement initiatives.


This is a very hands-on role requiring a combination of **project management & business analysis** skills with strong communication skills and understanding of business and product perspective. Candidate needs to demonstrate strong structured thinking, ability to quickly learn and build up the necessary knowledge, be well organized and have very good communication skills. Role offers steep learning curve and exposure to senior management in return very strong ownership is expected.


**Key responsibilities:**


+ Manage various initiatives across their entire lifecycle from user journeys, requirements gathering, delivery and test planning, testing, training and implementation

+ Support the Citi Private Bank EMEA O&T Management in broad range of initiatives

+ Driving a culture of innovation, simplification and client centricity by soliciting and acting on client & Front Office feedback in order to understand current deficiencies and identify solutions

+ Identify and engage required resources to enable delivery of assigned tasks and milestones

+ Actively identify and manage resolution of key project risks and issues, or escalate accordingly

+ Lead and manage project committees - prepare and present updates to senior management

+ Build partnerships across all relevant parties (e.g., Front Office; Product Teams; Control Functions; O&T) to assess feasibility, execute and implement assigned initiatives


**Requirements:**


+ 5+ years experience working with many levels of the organization, up and down

+ Ability to concurrently manage multiple work streams and projects

+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

+ Ability to deal with conflict and constructively challenge ideas to arrive at optimal outcomes

+ Hands-on approach with high level of self-motivation

+ Ability to deal with different levels of front-to-back processes to define and implement initiatives

+ Experience with dealing with ambiguity and change highly adaptable and pragmatic, capable of identifying best way forward

+ Ability to communicate effectively in writing, orally, via presentations and ability to facilitate discussions

+ Experience with projects embracing people, business, process, data and technology aspects would be an asset

+ Experience in conducting business analysis, breaking problem down and documenting requirements

+ Experience in designing and documenting business processes and user journeys

+ Knowledge of Private Banking, Wealth Management products and services, as well as regulatory landscape in Banking sector would be an advantage

+ Degree preferably in the fields of Business Management or Economics
