Job summary
As part of the worlds largest online store, Amazons Restricted Products (RP) team protects Amazon customers from products that are illegal or otherwise restricted by Amazon policies. As a Senior Program Manager on the team, youll help design, create and deploy internal tools and tech that keep Amazon a safe place to shop. Youll partner with multiple stakeholders to make sure that Amazon employees have the best user-facing tools and help us stay up-to-date with emerging threats and risks in the e-commerce space.

Key job responsibilities
- Lead and oversee deployment of risk mitigation technology to support global Amazon initiatives
- Partner with Product, Science and Engineering teams to design and build new tools for internal users to detect and enforce non-compliant content
- Own and report on performance and adoption metrics for product features and technology tools
- Solicit feedback from users to drive process and workflow improvements
- Develop policies and procedures for managing risk mitigation processes and workstreams

Restricted Products is a part of the Customer Trust & Partner Support (CTPS) team. We are responsible for creating a trustworthy shopping experience across Amazon stores worldwide by protecting customers, brands, selling partners and Amazon from fraud, counterfeit, and abuse as well as empowering, providing worldclass support, and building loyalty with Amazons millions of selling partners. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in program management
- 5+ years of experience leading technology deployment projects
- Familiarity with e-commerce, risk detection and mitigation for non-compliant content, and/or machine learning
- Experience working cross-functionally to design, develop and/or deploy technology tools
- Ability to run basic SQL queries and dive deep in excel
- Proven communication (both written and verbal), presentation and persuasion skills
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Masters degree in a business, technical or user-experience oriented field
- 3+ years of experience in relevant industries like e-commerce, fraud detection or consulting
- Knowledge of current and emerging applications for machine learning and computer vision
- Knowledge of project tracking tools and building process workflows
