This Senior Program manager role within Hardlines Private Brands (HPB) will contribute to process improvement initiatives in all aspects of our product development process. The position will be accountable for providing leadership to ensure the optimal process requirements are provided to tech team for their automation efforts and ensuring the necessary tradeoffs for tech prioritization along with driving process improvement projects. This position will closely work with product development tech team for new tool change management issues thereby improving reliability and productivity. The role will entail a wide range of responsibilities and will have the opportunity to contribute to HPB€™s global process improvements and long term portfolio planning.
We are looking for a leader that thrives working with a cross functional team, and enjoys the challenge of leading complex, strategic global process improvement projects and tech collaboration. To be successful in this role, you will need to be an effective influencer, possess strong program management skills, and have experience balancing inputs and priorities from multiple executive stakeholders. This position offers a great opportunity to build and standardize processes and relationships within HPB€™s global team, and influence the long term process improvement strategy across multiple market places.

Key Responsibilities include;
v Automation initiatives: Collaborate with tech team to provide process requirements for tool development, gating and tradeoffs for tech prioritization
v Process improvement: Continuous improvement of process, reduce defects, and process re-engineering aiding automation
v Process standardization: Ensuring the process is standardized across the marketplaces and explore the best practicing opportunities are replicated
v Continuous improvement: Leading initiatives to enable HPB to scale more productively
v Thinking Globally: Integrating regional processes into an overall HPB global roadmap


Basic Qualifications:
v Bachelor€™s degree
v 5+ years of professional experience related to process improvement and business transformation
v 3+ years€™ experience as a process change leader
v Prior experience in driving complex cross functional projects
v Proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
v Prior Lean six sigma, process excellence project experience in driving productivity improvements, cost optimizations, lead time reduction, bottleneck analysis
v Outstanding writing skills (for executive audience)


Preferred Qualifications:
v Prior experience in Product Portfolio management
v LEAN/Six-Sigma/Kaizen continuous process improvement training
v 3+ years prior (external) experience working in Consumer goods organization in a product development role
v Strong reporting and modeling capabilities.
