The **US Hemorrhagic Senior Product MarketingManager** will be responsible for leading the downstream marketing activities for
the Hemorrhagic Portfolio in the US market and support the success of the
fastest growing business unit in Medtronic. You will oversee multiple programs
that are critical to the success of the portfolio. Responsibilities will
include establishing launch plans that will attain financial goals, communicate
and lead meetings with internal and external customers, develop and execute
program strategies that drive overall portfolio revenue. You will
interact heavily with the sales force and deal with complex problems
daily. Additionally, you will be charged with planning and executing quarterly
activities with a broad sales force and collaborate across a matrix to drive
new sales initiatives. As the **Hemorrhagic Senior Product Marketing Manager** , you will be
in a high-profile role within the US Neurovascular Downstream Marketing

**A Day in the Life**

+ Accountable for revenue attainment and expense management withinthe projects / products of responsibility.

+ Accountable for creating marketing campaigns, messagingand training on products and projects within portfolio.

+ Accountable for building and maintaining a broadrelationship base.Foster positive relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs),physician customers, industry luminaries, and other partners to support therapyacceptance, therapy expansion, and safe and effective use of Medtronicneurovascular products.

+ Accountable for inventory management to includeforecasting, obsolescence and launch execution.

+ Collaborate closely within global marketing groups -notably with Hemorrhagic Stroke Global Franchise

+ Participate in cross functional teams to ensurecollaboration, alignment and full integration of all disciplines required tosupport successful plan execution and achievement of results

+ Executive level interactions and presentations

+ 40% travel

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

+ Formulates and reviews corporate short and long-range plans, goals, and objectives for specific product or product line.

+ Conducts competitive product analysis and market research of product consumer behavior and professional audience.

+ Determines the profitability and viability of new products or product enhancements.

+ Develops production and marketing strategies and tactics to ensure effective product placement relative to market opportunity, working closely with product development for a specific product, brand, or product area over its entire life cycle.

+ Works with other functions to finalize product specifications.

+ Provides advertising with core brand equity.

+ Serves as technical adviser, demonstrating products and troubleshooting product issues.

**Must Have: Minimum Requirements**

+ Bachelors degree required

+ Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in marketing, product management or similar, or Master's degree with a minimum of 5 years.

+ 3+ years of marketing experience

**Nice to Have**


+ Ability to think strategically and drive execution with an extremeownership mindset

+ Knowledge of neurovascular space and/or US market

+ Medical device knowledge with proven commercializationexperience

+ Worked with or has experience interacting with a broadsales force and can clearly articulate a message to all levels of stakeholders

+ Project/program management experience
