Together, there's no limit to what we can imagine, create and innovate! **What You'll Do Here:** The primary responsibility of the Senior Product Marketing Manager is to propel market success of the National Geographic Learning (NGL) and Cengage digital platforms in the K-12 space by directing and supervising all marketing aspects related to platform development, strategic marketing planning and execution, and successful customer implementation and retention. The Senior Product Marketing Manager will be expected to have a thorough understanding of our digital platforms, with a special focus on MindTap, our flagship online learning platform, as well as deep knowledge of current EdTech trends and issues, such as distance learning, learning management integration, and online assessment. Key attributes of the Senior Product Marketing Manager include flexibility, attention to detail, organization, creativity, technical acuity, and deep market knowledge. Develops and executes high-impact metric-driven marketing plans for our digital learning platforms, with a primary focus on MindTap, to create brand awareness, strong lead generation, and adoption success. Efforts to include message development, social media/email campaigns, blog posts, video and website development, and sales campaigns. Maintains deep market knowledge of trends, issues, and competitors in the market space to ensure strong messaging and strategy. Collaborates with Product Marketing Managers to ensure the successful marketing of online learning platforms across all the disciplines encompassing NGLs broad portfolio of programs. Collaborates with the Customer Support group on implementing a branded and positive customer support experience ensuring user success. Ensures delighted customers have a voice in the market through virtual webinars and case studies as a means to further customer awareness and confidence in the effectiveness of our online learning solutions. Analyzes activation, sales, and feature usage data and translates this data into actionable marketing and messaging development. Works closely with the sales organization and technology product teams to ensure the sales team gains knowledge of the value and positioning of our platforms as well as platform capabilities. Teams up with the MindTap platform development team to understand current development and the feature roadmap, as well as providing that team with market feedback to influence feature development priorities. Collaborates with NGL sales on both national and territory-specific (i.e., state adoption) sales campaigns including strategy development and execution.
