Position Summary
We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to own a challenging new product designed to improve Seller issue resolution experience. You will collaborate with multiple teams both within and across the org the organization to arrive at the pertinent solution. Your ability to influence people will drive your success and so will your attention to detail. Key job responsibilities
€¢ Drive project planning through detailed roadmaps and milestone tracking
€¢ Ensure appropriate coordination and communication with relevant business and cross functional stakeholders
€¢ Understand business customer needs through direct customer interactions and through benchmarking
€¢ Address barriers through problem solving and coordination with stakeholders and internal partners
€¢ Partner with other product and program managers globally to identify and influence development of new products, features, and functionality
€¢ Document detailed business requirements and work with tech partners for product development.
Prepare Product Implementation plan and liaise with operational teams for product implementation

PSAS focuses on both preventing Selling Partner contacts and on handling those contacts with quality and efficiency.


  • Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5+ years of experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
  • Experience with end to end product delivery


· Experience in scoping/running usability studies and/or customer research
· Detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through on projects
· Strong problem solving, highly analytical, attention to detail and solid organizational skills
· Experience working with remote teams
· Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to
identify and solve ambiguous problems
· User focus €“ ability to keep the customers first at the heart of all technologies we build
· Prioritization €“ ability to construct a roadmap, get buy-in from a larger team on the same and direct a team towards the common roadmap in a structured fashion
· End to End delivery €“ from creating a BRD, making phasing decisions, creating GTMs, analyzing post launch metrics and continuous iteration, making trade-off decisions, etc.
· Data oriented approach €“ a keen eye for numbers and the ability to derive insights and product decisions-based numbers.
· Stakeholder management €“ ability to work effectively across both internal and external industry leaders; negotiate complex topics and resolve conflicts.
· Long term vision €“ Ability to construct a vision based on long term customer and business needs and strong oral/written communication skills to articulate the same.
