We have a rapidly growing customer base and an exciting charter in front of us that includes solving complex engineering problems, designing beautiful, simple user experiences, and driving product-led business growth. The Lightsail team is looking for an experienced product manager who can own large product areas and operate independently on ambiguous problems and deliver results with product iterations and business growth.



Key job responsibilities
Your responsibilities for your product area will include:

* Lead Product Vision and Definition €“ Own and drive the customer working backwards strategy, tenets, long-term goals and working backwards documents (press release, FAQ) including customer and market feedback, competitive analysis and business metrics to inform direction.
* Lead User Experience - Define the end-to-end user experience across multiple channels and for a variety of user personas
* Execution of Product Planning and Development €“ Including customer goals and business requirements for product release, ensuring implementation is aligned with product goals and requirements, and ownership of product positioning.
* Lead Product Launch €“ Own the GTM plan to deliver results that ensure the customer and business goals are met in operational launch plans.
* Lead Operations €“ Including monitoring and response to customer feedback, continuous improvement and business growth
* Lead interaction with Technical Team €“ Including helping the technical team make tradeoffs based on customer requirements, QA/testing of the product.
* Drive Product-led Growth - Build automated product/marketing and GTM levers to drive customer acquisition, success and retention

Independent developers, students, educators, researchers, and IT staff at small businesses use Lightsail to run applications like websites, dev/test environments, educational software, or business software.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

* 6+ years experience working on successful technology products from ideation through launch
* Strong communication skills for both a technical and business audience, with an emphasis on writing down ideas effectively
* Experience overseeing roadmap strategy and definition
* Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
* Experience building compelling user experiences

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

* Experience working on B2B SaaS, esp. in a high growth startup environment
* Experience driving customer acquisition, success and retention through automated/AI driven mechanisms
* Experience with content marketing, creating industry partnerships, or ecosystem development

* Degree in CS or equivalent technical fields or MBA

The pay range for this position in Colorado is $152,200 to $205,900 per year; however,
base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and
experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be provided as part of
the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or
other benefits, dependent on the position offered. This information is provided
per the Colorado Equal Pay Act. Base pay information is based on market
