U.S. Banks Global Treasury Management (GTM) business is seeking a Senior Product Execution Manager with strong enterprise program and project management experience using both waterfall and agile approaches to drive large strategic initiatives. The role resides within the Execution team, which reports to the head of Product Strategy & Execution within GTM Product Management. The Execution team provides critical program oversight and project management expertise for GTMs 5-year Strategic Roadmap. This roadmap was developed and launched last year with the goal of transforming the way U.S. Bank engages with clients and to become a leading innovator of payment solutions for our clients. As part of this roadmap, GTM is standing up several innovation studios in key hubs around the country to iteratively overhaul existing products and develop new products with direct client input. This role will be crucial to setting up and launching our new innovation studio in San Francisco comprised of 2-3 Journey Teams focused on Faster Payment Solutions. Candidate should have extensive project management experience (including using the Agile framework) and demonstrated success operating across a large organization. The ability to move swiftly, operate with high energy and be flexible in assuming a variety of responsibilities are crucial to success as these teams are launched. The candidate should have experience and comfort operating under tight deadlines while delivering against agreed upon deliverables. Experience in Treasury Management is not a requirement but it is preferred. Responsibilities: + Responsible for launching Agile Journey teams which consist of cross-functional members focused on building solutions to address specific client problems key launch activities include staffing, real estate, training and vendor management. + Partner with Agile Studio Journey Owners to manage Product Roadmap and manage success through development and tracking of Objectives, Key Results and/or KPIs. + Liaison to central Enterprise Transformation Studio, which governs agile operating standards for U.S. Bank. + Ensure teams are operating with appropriate governance and executing as expected + Coordinate cross-journey/studio deliverables and help drive consistency and best practices across studios and journey teams + Coordinate client workshops and visits from sponsoring executives + Manages relationships with Technology and Operations counterparts to ensure capability development meets the needs of the program objectives + Consolidates projects under program-level umbrella to provide focal point for communications. + Manages communications regarding project and program management practices that create clear, concise requirements in program and project functionality, resourcing, budgets and timings. + Oversees assigned projects from initial concept through final implementation utilizing approved project methodology/tools and within enterprise standards and guidelines + Constructs a program reporting and tracking framework and benchmarks + Escalates issues and risks to appropriate level **Qualifications:** Basic Qualifications - Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - 10 or more years of related work experience Preferred Skills/Experience - At least 10 years of experience in project management including planning, organizing, monitoring and leading complex projects using both waterfall and agile approaches. - Strong organizational and time management skills - Ability to analyze complex information and communicate findings succinctly - Inquisitive nature with advanced problem solving and critical thinking capabilities - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Expert knowledge of MS Project - Strong knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel -PMP certified or in process of obtaining certification -System development life cycle -Document management -IT project management **Job:** Project Management / Analysis **Primary Location:** CA-CA-San Francisco **Shift:** 1st - Daytime **Average Hours Per Week:** 40 **Requisition ID:** 190041167 U.S. Bank is an Equal Opportunity Employer committed to creating a diverse workforce.
