Your Role and Responsibilities
In this exciting role you will support a client with efforts related to meeting their Mission Assurance (MA) Program/Construct and Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCI) Activity objectives.
  • The objective is to respond to MA Program and DCI guidance by developing and implementing a comprehensive, compliant, and relevant risk management program for the client.
  • The program will serve as the basis for overall coordination of MA and DCI activities including but not limited to risk assessment, development of risk decision packages, and risk management decisions for DCI.
  • The DoD MA Constructs intent is to protect or ensure the continued function and resilience of capabilities and assets including personnel, equipment, facilities, networks, information and information systems, infrastructure, and supply chains critical to the execution of DoDs Mission Essential Functions (MEF) in any operating environment or condition.
  • The MA Construct includes strategies, plans, policies, and standards.
  • MA activity responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the planning and coordination of Defense Critical Infrastructure (DCI) actions with all activities that own and/or operate elements of the Defense-wide infrastructure (both physical and cyber assets).
  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance Required
  • Work is located in Ft Belvoir, VA


Required Professional and Technical Expertise
Work experience specifically related to MA, Defense Critical Infrastructure Program (DCIP), or DCI activities, policies, and procedures (2 years).
Experience with providing analytical expertise using highly developed skills in support of various tasks and offering solutions to technical or managerial problems (3 years).
Experience in program/project management (3 years).
Ability to lead or support project tasks jointly with clients and clearly communicate goals and objectives to partnering or subordinate organizations (2 years).
Experience working with Integrated Process Teams (3 years).
Experience in preparing and presenting findings, documents, and briefings (3 years).
Proficient in all Microsoft Office tools, especially Word, PowerPoint & Excel (3 years).
Business process analysis and business case development (3 years).
Security clearance: Active United States - DoD Secret






Preferred Professional and Technical Expertise

  • Compiling, analyzing, and translating critical infrastructure risk management data into risk management decision options (2 years).
  • CISA and/or CISM Certification
  • Top Secret Clearance
