Senior Materials Program Manager

North Reading, MA 01864

Blink is an inventive research and development company that designs and engineers high-profile consumer electronics. Blink became a subsidiary of Amazon.com, Inc., in 2017, originally creating the best-selling Blink family of home monitoring products.

As our product segment is in its infancy, everyone is required to be entrepreneurial, wear many hats, and work in a highly collaborative environment that is more startup than big company. At the same time, your strategy needs to support the complexity, scale, and expectations that comes with Amazon€™s high standards in this function.

You are responsible for the strategy and execution of solutions that support and enable processes and products for inbound logistics, management of assets and inventory, contract manufacturing support, forward capacity planning, distribution logistics, supplier management, and fulfillment. These processes get items to the customer in the expected amount of time, innovate to minimize waste, delight customers, and drive efficiency in last mile operations.

You€™ll be informed and thoughtful about your approach to leverage Amazon€™s global scale and existing infrastructure versus investing in new capabilities. You€™ll think big to inspire a team and align them on a long-term vision, but also move quickly and remain flexible to support the dynamic needs of the operation. You€™ll create a spirit of innovation and experiment with new ideas, but respect meaningful constraints that exist to preserve our customers€™ experiences.

What will you help us create?
