**Job Description**

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for establishing and implementing our engineered standards platform within the Minute Clinic. Through development of process documentation and creation and validation of labor standards you will work to streamline our operations. This work will result in reduced costs, identification of improvement opportunities, and improved operational efficiency.


Your key job duties will be:


Plan and design systems that increase operating efficiency and critical-to-quality business needs by improving integration of people, materials, equipment, software, and finance


Conduct time motion studies to optimize the processes used in the facilities


Collaborate with team to identify and implement new and improved production methods to improve productivity and quality.


**Required Qualifications**

4+ years of experience in conducting Motion and Time Studies for the development of future engineered labor standards


Ability to travel up to 50%


**Preferred Qualifications**

MOST Certified


Experience using StandardsPro


Strong Analytical and Problem Solving skills


Ability to produce results by working within established timeframes, deadlines, and understanding potential barriers and next steps


**Education**

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
