TheHead of UI/UX is a critical role within Data & Analytics Solutionsreporting to the Head of Studio and has high visibility to the Head of AssetServicing and Head of Digital.

WhatYou Will Do

Responsiblefor design and content management, strategy and delivery across the entire Data& Analytics ecosystem Vault, Studio, and Applications

Accountable for delivering highquality, customer-centric, user experiences that provide a consistent,delightful and device-appropriate experience for the Data & Analyticsbusiness's channels/products.

Will lead the design of the End toEnd user experience and will incorporate the latest technologies (as well asdevelop new ones through innovation labs), rather than relying on legacysystems

Responsible for analyzing andresearching customer behaviors through multi-dimensional analysis of producttypes, customer types, geographies, traffic sources, and channels (e.g.,mobile, tablet, desktop).

Conduct cross-channel initiativesand collate customer/user information and feedback data from applicable digitalproductsin collaboration with product managers and engineers

Liaise with big data experts /Product Heads to turn customer feedback and behaviors into actionable insightsthat can be implemented into product development.

Scale and grow solutions toencompass different languages and geographical global regions.

Manage a team of UI/UX designers locatedin both NYC and Wellesley

Whilethis is a senior position and demands strong leadership talent, it is also ahands-on, creative, solution delivering position.

This role will suit an individual experienced inbuilding a complex product from the ground up and scaling the customerexperience to a global audience.


Bachelor's degree in psychology, user experience, design, human computer interaction or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required, advanced degree or MBA preferred 12+ years of related experience required, experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.
