Company Overview:

At ADT, weve been in the business of helping save lives for more than 145 years. Join our team and help us protect what matters most.

Summary:

The Subscriber Economics & Credit team serves to provide business leaders with visibility into economic drivers of value across the lifecycle of our subscriber base. The Sr. Analyst role will support the Subscriber Economics team and the Key Stakeholder teams mentioned above. The role involves extracting and analyzing data across all business functions, ensuring ongoing connection between the model inputs/assumptions and our reported business results, and determining the appropriate allocations to drive a deeper understanding of economic value creation across customer segments, product lines, sales channels, risk profiles, etc.

Responsibilities include:

  • Extract, join and clean data from various business intelligence, data warehouse, and financial system sources
  • Develop / refine estimates for fixed vs. variable costs
  • Develop / refine estimates for allocations of cost and revenue across meaningful dimensions, including but not limited to: lines of business, customer segments, risk profiles, products/solutions, and sales channels
  • Establish and document a repeatable method for ensuring models are refreshed to reflect changes in the business
  • Help finance teams that support various functions across the enterprise standardize on the discounted cashflow model framework that is most appropriate for the decision at hand
  • Deliver subscriber economics model on a quarterly cadence complete with insights, variances, and trends
  • Produce ad-hoc, scenario-based value creation projections as needed to support business case generation
  • Present key findings to business leaders, with recommendations based on data-driven insights
