Company Overview:

At ADT, weve been in the business of helping save lives for more than 145 years. As the number one smart home security provider serving residential and business customers, our people are our most important asset. Headquartered in Boca Raton, FL and at more than 200 locations across North America, our employees help empower our customers to live more secure and confident lives. Join our team and help us protect what matters most.

Summary:

The Subscriber Economics & Credit team serves to provide business leaders with visibility into economic drivers of value across the lifecycle of our subscriber base. We aggregate data from disparate environments to construct Customer Lifetime Value models that underpin all facets of the business: customer acquisition, recurring revenue streams, costs for ongoing service, upgrades/changes in the services provided, the expected lifetime of the customer, etc. These models form the basis for financial analysis and evaluation of a wide array of business decisions, both tactical and strategic in nature.

This Sr. Analyst role will support the Subscriber Economics team and the Key Stakeholder teams mentioned above. The role involves helping the organization set the appropriate policies to govern the extension of credit to various customer groups, balancing growth with profitability, and properly caring for the experience of our customers, sellers, technicians, and customer representatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Extract, join and clean data from various business intelligence, data warehouse, and financial system sources
  • Document credit policies and drive implementation of proper systematic and managerial controls
  • Optimize, harmonize, and automate policy implementation across the consumer lines of business (Residential & Small Business)
  • Own/support relationships with key suppliers and vendors needed to extend and enforce credit policies (i.e., credit bureaus, risk assessors, CRM platform providers), including management of operational and capital budgets.
  • Define and execute tests to drive data-based enhancements to credit policies
  • Establish ongoing analysis of credit polices and partner funding guidelines to maximize cash flow to the business and to reduce attrition
  • Produce scenario-based projections by customer type and risk profile based on proposed changes to credit guidelines and sales practices
  • Provide recurring weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting on key credit-related metrics
  • Present key findings to business leaders, with recommendations based on data-driven insights
