Our Facilities Engineers support projects, factory task forces, cross-site and cross-discipline teams, and incident resolutions. Our engineers act as Intel's System Owners for sustaining and improving existing systems. They are accountable for safety, system operations, maintenance procedures, reliability and cost. Our engineers role model a commitment to safety, quality and operational excellence at a competitive cost.
 

Below are our specialized groups within Corporate Services. If selected for interview, you will meet with the group that is most aligned with your qualification and experience.

  • Ultra-Pure Water & Industrial Waste System Engineers oversee, sustain and improve our Ultra-Pure Water and Industrial Waste systems and processes. They identify opportunities to improve existing system efficiency and reliability and keep track of system maintenance.
  • Mechanical Engineers are responsible for the operation and maintenance of the site's HVAC, exhaust, large scale water systems, boilers, chillers, compressors and dryers, among other systems. They identify opportunities to improve existing system efficiency and reliability and keep track of system maintenance.
  • Electrical Engineers review and approve all electrical designs in manufacturing and review electrical design specifications, submittals, studies and drawings. They deliver operational efficiency, maintenance, testing and commissioning solutions for the electrical power system.
  • Total Chemical Management Engineers are responsible for directly working on facilities bulk and specialized chemical and gaseous systems. They oversee, sustain and improve our high purity chemical/gas delivery systems and processes.



Qualifications

  • Possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (Hon) or Master’s Degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical Engineering or similar discipline (FETAC Level 8 equivalent or higher).
  • 5+ years of relevant job experience
  • Experience utilizing troubleshooting techniques and interpreting P&IDs
  • Have excellent computer skills, strong data analysis and statistical process analysis capabilities
  • Ability to communicate strategic and tactical concepts across a wide range of employees including engineering peers, operational technicians, and management.
  • Possess excellent problem-solving skills and demonstrate application of structured problem-solving methods and tools.
