Business Overview:

Financial Resources Management (FRM) provides in-business leadership on capital, liquidity and collateral efficiency across Markets and Securities Services, and the larger Institutional Clients Group franchise (ICG). The FRM team was formed by the Global Head of ICG who created a priority initiative to develop and execute strategies geared toward optimizing capital efficiency across businesses. This includes driving business strategy for capital management, advising senior management and clients on implications of regulatory change and strategic priorities, coordinating advocacy efforts, and leading and participating in cross-business and cross-functional working groups to deliver improved data, calculation and management processes related to capital, liquidity and collateral.

Summary:

This position will provide support to 16 people within the Financial Resources Management group. Duties are complex and confidential requiring the highest level of discretion and independent judgment. Employees within this role will have continuous contact/communication with high levels of internal management as well as senior management with external firms.

Responsibilities:
  • Provides administrative support to a team of 16 people including a senior level Executive
  • Handle incoming calls, respond to inquiries, clarify company policies and procedures
  • Maintain frequently changing calendars through Outlook
  • Coordinate all aspects of executive level appointments, meetings, receptions and conference calls
  • Prepares and reviews materials and correspondence for meetings
  • Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
  • Coordinate frequent travel arrangements both international and domestic
  • Prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports through Concur T&E system
  • Order supplies and process invoices through P2P (invoicing) system
  • Organize and secure highly confidential company and employee information
  • Assist in ad-hoc reports special projects as needed
  • Serve as back up support for other managers or administrative staff when required


Qualifications


Technical Skills:

  • Highly proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
  • Ability to gain a strong command of new systems (P2P for invoicing, and Concur for Citi Travel & Expense reimbursement management)

Non-

Technical Skills:

  • Prior experience preferred (5 10 years)
  • College degree preferred
  • Expert in multi-tasking, organizing, and prioritizing a must
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented with ability to work independently and prioritize workload
  • Demonstrates a high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Energetic, responsive team player with the interest to take initiative and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work 8:30am-5:30pm and be flexible for overtime as needed
