This position is for a Senior Executive (SEA) reporting to the Citi Chief Compliance Officer (CCCO) of the Global Consumer Banking (GCB) based in New York City. The SEA will administratively support the activities of the CCCO who has global responsibility for the Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) product services to GCB. The SEA will be required to proactively provide all day-to-day administrative support, including duties that are complex, highly confidential in nature and that require the highest level of discretion and judgment.

  • Provide administrative support to a senior-level executive and team
  • Maintain frequently changing calendars through Outlook and understand Executive's priorities to effectively manage that calendar
  • Coordinate all aspects of executive level appointments, meetings, receptions and conference calls / video conference / Live Meeting for multiple time zones
  • Organize and secure highly confidential company and employee information 
  • Handle incoming calls and be able to exercise independent discretion when responding to inquiries
  • Prepares and reviews materials and correspondence for meetings; ensures Executive is prepared
  • Assist with creation/modification of presentations, spreadsheets, and other various documents
  • Coordinate frequent travel arrangements 
  • Prepare, reconcile, and track expense reports on a timely and accurately through T&E system
  • Order supplies and process invoices through P2P system
  • Serve as back up support for other managers or administrative staff when required
  • Manage and assist in ad-hoc reports and special projects as needed often requiring independent discretion and follow up
  • Responsible to create communications and presentations for internal and external meetings


  • Significant senior level EA experience (10 or more years preferred at the C-Level support).
  • Professional presence and ability to engage with internal and external constituents. 
  • Significant experience in the financial services industry.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft packages, including a proven ability to produce professional PowerPoint presentations and in line with company standards. Candidates will be tested.
  • Ability to operate in a flexible environment and fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to work proactively without close supervision.
  • Strong judgment and decision making skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong energy and enthusiasm, can-do attitude.

  • Proven ability to work well with others, particularly with fellow Administrative colleagues; must be a good team player.
  • Ability to work 8:00 am - 5:30pm with overtime as requested.
