Senior ERP Technical Program Manager

The Amazon Robotics (AR) IT organization supports the activities required to invent, design, manufacture, and support high-quality robotics that drive automated fulfillment centers around the globe. It requires working cross-functionally with teams across Amazon globally, including other business and IT organizations outside of AR. One of the key systems AR IT owns is the ERP system running the end-to-end supply chain. The Senior ERP Technical Program Manager (TPM) will be responsible for driving a large ERP implementation program kicking off this year. The role will serve as the main point of contact to collaborate between platform, program, business, and operations teams; own cross-functional communications; facilitate activities to ensure an aligned strategy and roadmap supporting existing and future teams; and drive all program and project management tasks related to our ERP program. In this position you will be responsible for scoping and delivering our ERP strategy, which includes collecting business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, writing specifications and user stories, ensuring business process mapping and validation, and managing project schedules from design to full production. As a Senior TPM, you will provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints, ensuring we minimize technical debt, while ensuring critical business needs are met in the most efficient manner possible.


· Actively support and foster a culture of inclusion
· Manage AR IT ERP program and strategic planning activities
· Develop and manage integrated schedules and project plans
· Work closely with multiple businesses and partner with IT teams across regions to drive a consolidated ERP roadmap and program
· Coordinate with ERP platform team to ensure project and platform support before, during, and after program is available
· Provide regular updates to senior leadership teams across multiple functions
· Facilitate business process alignment and validation, ensuring a process focused approach to system design
· Facilitate and manage all phases of testing (Unit, SIT, UAT, Performance)
· Drive change/experience management plans ensuring seamless user adoption pre and post go-live
· Use a build once, deploy many approach to how implementations are designed
· Demonstrated examples of a continuous improvement mindset, looking for opportunities to eliminate first, automate second


· Bachelor€™s or graduate degree in relevant field
· 7+ years€™ experience managing complex programs involving multiple technologies, teams, and functions
· Experience and proven skill in written and verbal business communications
· Managing change, end-user experience, and adoption
· Familiarity with platform management and operations, support metrics, and testing strategies
· Strong grasp of project management tools, processes, and methodologies


· 5+ years€™ in a minimum of three of the following: ERP, supply chain, logistics, AGILE, manufacturing, IT programs management, PMO, product development
· Ability to influence at all levels of leadership and team sizes
· Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP
· Data analytics and visualization, including creating integrated dashboards
· Business process mapping and modeling, including tools and methodologies
· Driving creation and execution of long-term strategic roadmaps
