Senior Engineering Manager- Digital Enterprise Platforms

Job Description
Your Responsibility: � Will be responsible for Digital Enterprise platforms covering Employee Experience, Customer Experience and Master Data Platforms, within IT at Intel. The responsibility will include Platform Capability Engineering and Governance , Platform Administration and Support , Platform Vendor and Stakeholder management � Hire, mentor and lead by influence a world class group of engineers to build a highly engaged platforms(Internal and Cloud) that operate at Enterprise -scale � Inculcate the culture and values of growth mindset, technical entrepreneurship, design thinking, engineering excellence, data first approach and innovation � Role model for behaviors such as - being data intensive while taking everyday decisions, approach everyday problems with scientific temperament and rigor, having customer-first mind-set, maintaining highest standards for operational and engineering excellence � Engage with Business facing IT teams and Architects to drive the agenda, set your priorities and deliver awesome Platforms � Work with other technical leaders to ensure our coding and engineer processes are scaling and evolving with modern Engineering practices

Qualifications

Your Qualification: Strong sense of ownership and accountability, self-discipline, focus on quality, team orientation, design thinking, responsiveness, efficiency and innovation � Ability to work with distributed teams in a collaborative and productive manner � Adept at communicating and collaborating effectively with others, promoting your ideas as well as being humble when you may be wrong � Passion about your team's vision/mission and the entrepreneurial drive to make things happen � Experience in handling and triaging complex production issues � Solid Understanding of Linux/Window System Engineering, Platform applications like Enterprise Portal, Master Data Management applications, Enterprise Collaboration tools etc. and Integration of cloud platforms to Enterprise � Experience with SRE practices, including operational architectures, observability, reliability, availability and scalability � Understanding of ITIL/SAFe frameworks and demonstrated ability to drive operational excellence � Has experience in working with Vendors and establishing strong partnership with them � Is experienced in managing Global teams with Budgetary responsibilities

This includes the LAN, WAN, telephony, data centers, client PCs, backup and restore, and enterprise applications. IT is also responsible for e-Commerce development, data hosting and delivery of Web content and services.

Work Model for this Role

This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
