What Youll do


  • You will be a primary point of contact and subject matter expert on CX Bookings within the Worldwide Sales & Services FP&A organization. This is an exciting and dynamic role in which you will support a worldwide effort to build, develop, implement, and analyze Geographic and Worldwide Bookings trends within the business.
  • Develop and support ongoing reporting of opportunity pipeline views for CX bookings
  • Expand existing opportunity pipeline analysis and related metrics to help resolve forecast guidance and recommendations
  • Develop and support reporting and standardized analytical metrics common to subscription offerings in CX bookings
  • Build new and/or improve existing reporting capabilities to support subscription / recurring bookings reporting
  • Help craft, build, test and roll out new business metrics and enable related changes to support systems
  • Ensure integrity of the numbers to enable accurate and timely reporting to support informative business decisions and performance measurement
  • Prepare analyses and deliverables to support corporate processes, e.g., Annual Plan
  • Ensure bookings data integrity across systems: FinBI Bookings Cube, FinBI Bookings BO, MBR, Hyperion
  • Ad hoc projects needed to build or expand capabilities for areas of primary responsibility, additional in support of CX bookings


Who You'll Work With


  • Your team provides Financial Planning & Analysis to WW Sales executives and leadership, Finance leadership, Services leadership, and Corporate FP&A. They are responsible for handling overall CX bookings, using analytics and financial modeling to explain and predict results.
  • Drive regular meetings and relationship management with field FP&A counterparts to facilitate standardized and consistent reporting for responsible areas
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., FTO, Operations, IT) and other Finance organizations (e.g., CX Finance)


Who You Are


You are a highly motivated, self-starter with strengths in communications and collaboration. Driver, influencer, and partner. You also hold desirable traits, such as:


  • Experience with a subscription business model
  • Exceptional partnering and communication skills
  • Very strong Excel and financial modeling
  • Building executive-level presentations
  • Analytical and problem solving
  • Project management or process management experience


Minimum requirements:


  • BA degree majoring in relevant subject matter (e.g., Finance, Accounting)
  • 3-6 years of experience in the areas of Finance, P&L Management, Business Strategy and/or Operations
  • Very strong system and process knowledge
  • Familiarity with financial data reporting and management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, Essbase, Business Objects, Hyperion, SFDC)
  • Strong organization and time leadership skills, with experience in a deadline-oriented environment
  • Proven track record to attend to details with a high amount of integrity in work product
