The Pharmacy Care Marketing team within Member Engagement Marketing leads member strategies in order to more effectively engage and retain members. To assist in developing and implementing personalized, consumer-centric experiences, we seek an innovative and entrepreneurial mind to be our Senior CRM Marketing Professional. This position focuses on creating consumer-centric member strategies and campaigns to educate members on ways they can save money and improve their health behaviors. In addition, the Senior CRM Marketing Professional leverages consumer analytics in order to develop insights for engagement strategies, build highly effective interventions, member journeys, and programs to improve customer engagement, retention, and health outcomes. To be successful, this role requires strong health care and strategic marketing acumen, experience in marketing strategy, campaign/population testing, and business/marketing analysis and intelligence. In addition, the creation and execution of effective strategies is highly dependent on driving thought leadership and change management that foster the creation of a member-centric strategy, community, and enterprise. Responsibilities The Senior CRM Marketing Professional will work side-by-side with our Pharmacy partners to identify business goals for our outreach, develop innovative strategies to meet those objectives, lead the communications team through flawless execution, and measure success so we can continuously improve our efforts. As a Senior CRM Marketing Professional you will: + Develop a working knowledge of the company, its products, the healthcare industry, and the regulatory agencies that govern us in order to support the development of strategies. + Play a leading role in consulting with business partners and developing communications solutions for our members + Develop communications strategies and implement campaigns for one of the companys top business priorities: encouraging our consumers to make smart healthcare choices + Partner closely with Humana Pharmacy Solutions to understand current retention efforts and develop retention strategies that align with the organizations goals. + Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders in a matrixed environment + Play a leading role with other team members to achieve the business goals of Humana Pharmacy Solutions and Humana Pharmacy mail order + Identify, analyze and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, market research and competitive intelligence + Use your problem-solving skills, be organized, show attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile programs. + Create content for leadership/executive presentations that communicate opportunities and progress. First Year Success Factors + Impact of communications campaigns + Communications strategies acknowledged by others as smart and effective + Recognition among team members as a communications expert who gets results + Development of effective partnerships with internal clients and team members Our Ideal Candidate The successful candidate has a Bachelors degree and several years (ideally 3 - 5+ years) of strategic marketing experience including: + End to End campaign/communication management (strategy to execution to reporting) + Experimentation and testing from campaign optimization testing to innovation pilots + Development of data in various stages and formats to derive insights for action In addition, the following qualifications and personal attributes are sought: Required Qualifications + Strong, demonstrated skills measuring marketing campaigns and developing insights from analysis, both quantitative and qualitative + Demonstrate a thorough understanding of business, marketing strategy, lead generation, digital marketing, retention, and content marketing + Enthusiasm and motivation are essential + Ability to think proactively and creatively as a confident change-agent + Strong selling and presentation skills (oral and written) + Ability to lead and influence business colleagues + Ability to thrive in an agile environment, drive decision making, navigate the organization, and build strong relationships + Ability to lead, influence, and collaborate in a cross-functional environment with all levels including senior leadership + Demonstrated ability to lead projects, keep them moving and bring to successful fruition + Excellent communication skills, written and verbal; strong inter-personal skills; able to communicate at all levels of an organization + Ability to establish self as a connective innovator that drives and manages organizational change by tapping into the knowledge and creativity of teams across the organization + Ability to identify financial drivers, define and communicate cost and benefit Preferred Qualifications + Excellent planning and organizational skills + Demonstrated leadership ability + Digital Marketing expertise a plus. + Experience working with copywriters, graphic designers, and print/email/phone vendors + Experience working with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs + Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy and/or clinical concepts and conditions + Experience in a results-oriented marketing and communications environment + Masters Degree in marketing, communications or related field plus Location requirements: preferred Louisville, Kentucky; Chicago, Illinois; Boston, Massachusetts; WAH possible Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 About Us Mission: At Humana, our cultural foundation is aligned to helping members achieve their best health by delivering personalized, simplified, whole-person healthcare experiences.
