Description Responsibilities The Senior CRM Marketing Professional will work side-by-side with our In Home Wellness Assessment and Marketing partners to identify business goals for member engagement, develop data-driven strategies to meet those objectives, lead the marketing team and vendor partners through flawless execution, and measure success so we can continuously improve our efforts. This role will lead direct marketing or digital marketing initiatives, will have demonstrated examples of leveraging analytics and statistical modeling to improve campaign performance, and will have experience leveraging multiple communication channels (direct mail, live agent, digital messaging, etc.) to drive customer engagement. First Year Success Factors + Campaigns in your portfolio show measurable improvements + Communications strategies acknowledged by others as smart and effective + Recognition among team members as a communications expert who gets results + Development of effective partnerships with internal clients and team members Responsibilities As a Senior Care Marketing Professional you will: + Develop data-driven member engagement strategies and lead through all aspects of multi-channel direct marketing campaign management, including: planning, campaign message development, campaign execution, and results monitoring + Develop transformative and test & learn initiatives to uncover insights that lead to improved performance + Build strong working relationships with business stakeholders and work with internal and external vendors and partners + Play a leading role in a cross-functional team environment to achieve business goals + Identify, analyze, and evaluate business opportunities using historical campaign performance, consumer research and competitive intelligence + Use your problem-solving skills, be organized, show attention to detail and manage multiple high-profile programs. + Continuously improve our marketing by taking advantage of new communication channels, technologies, and an evolving marketing platform. Required Qualifications + 2+ years of experience driving campaign response or lifecycle management through direct marketing or digital marketing + Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and create communications that achieve business goals + Experience optimizing marketing activities by leveraging analytics, conducting controlled tests, and applying insights to improve performance + Excellent planning and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while implementing projects + Strong business acumen skills, including comfort with financial metrics and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) + Able to present to groups/clear and concise oral and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications + Demonstrated project leadership experience + 1+ years of experience with CRM systems + Bachelors Degree in marketing, communications, business or related field + Experience working with clients to deliver solutions that meet their needs + Knowledge of healthcare, pharmacy and/or clinical concepts and conditions Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 About Us Mission: At Humana, our cultural foundation is aligned to helping members achieve their best health by delivering personalized, simplified, whole-person healthcare experiences.
