KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Voice of the Client Program to join our Growth & Strategy organization.


+ Collaborate and support team members in developing, launching, collecting and evaluating results of client feedback surveys

+ Perform analysis of historical and current client data and other important sources of information to help identify client insights

+ Work with team members to develop follow-up action plans, for service improvement and help ensure ongoing dialogue around service issues

+ Participate in the development of special projects that relate to improvements of the client experience and work on other special projects as requested

+ Identify and champion the use of automation, process improvements and other best practices as part of KPMG's commitment to continuous improvement


+ Minimum three years of progressive analytical research or data analysis research experience, preferably within a professional services firm or similar environment

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; Master's degree from an accredited college/university is preferred

+ Experience in Client Experience, Strategic account management, research analysis, strategy, marketing and/or business consulting environment

+ Project Management skills to ensure planning and execution of assigned tasks to meet deadline sensitive requests

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills as well as quantitative and analytical proficiency

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including advanced Excel and reporting databases
