KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate - Project Manager, Office of the Chief Economist to join our Growth and Strategy organization.


+ Work effectively and proactively with team members on strategic decision-making and logistics for requests; attend meetings and develop written summaries

+ Align team resources with engagements, report and track metrics for overall Office of Chief Economist (OCE) volume and internal/external engagement activities

+ Perform project management tasks for long-term OCE projects, including developing project plans and timelines, tracking key deliverables, scheduling, and preparing agendas and takeaways for planning meetings

+ Prepare meeting summaries, agendas, respond to requestors

+ Handle operational issues for speaking and research requests for the team, including leading planning meetings and preparing weekly agendas for internal purposes

+ Implement OCE processes and coordinate Chief Economist and Senior Economists' schedules as it pertains to speaking and client meetings; assist with monitoring and managing procurement and other internal Firm processes


+ Minimum three years of recent experience within a business, government, or professional services firm or similar environment

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university; PMP certification a plus or equivalent work experience

+ Well-versed in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook

+ Proven track record of results in operations, project management and scheduling

+ Excellent writing skills with ability to build relationships and handle confidential information

+ Good decision maker and highly organized individual
