Senior Associate- Process Management

The CS Analysis Delivery and Process Transformation (ADaPT) team provides analytics and process engineering across Client Solutions. CS ADaPT is responsible for process excellence across supported Commercial processes, including process design, development, deployment, management practices, and improvement.

We are seeking a top notch Senior Associate, Process Management to lead process engineering efforts within the Commercial Bank servicing organization. This role will cover several client servicing processes, working with internal and external partners.

The body of work includes establishment and management of a consolidated portfolio of improvement efforts and backlog

Key responsibilities included:

  • Leading and owning oversight of process improvement work and collaborating withteammates on larger initiatives

  • Driving changes in the end to end process both for incremental improvement as well as strategic transformation to the destination process

  • Ensuring all processes meet process management standards, including those for critical business processes

  • Assessing feasibility and level of effort for process changes required by new products and services and driving implementation when appropriate

  • Collecting data and information and using analytics and reporting to provide transparency to senior leadership and executives

  • Tracking and resolving process breakdowns

  • Developing and maintaining formal process documentation including procedures and process flow diagrams

  • Acting as a subject matter expert to effectively collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve desired outcome or improvement by clarifying needs and providing appropriate solutions

  • Identifying root causes of risk issues and events to drive process improvements mitigating these risks

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree

  • 2+ years experience in Process Management

Preferred qualifications:

  • Business Process Manager (BPM) Certification

  • Experience with Agile tools, Align, Confluence, Jira
