KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, Learning & Talent Development Internal Communications to join our Learning & Talent team.


Responsibilities:


+ Write, edit and distribute a variety of internal communications highlighting upcoming internal learning and development requirements and opportunities and explaining complex technical concepts in clear, compelling language

+ Make direct updates to html-based e-mail communications and Web pages using Adobe Dreamweaver and/or similar software

+ Provide strategic writing support for a diverse group of internal clients and proactively seek out information to gain an understanding of both content and audience; role requires strong people skills, flexibility and customer service focus

+ Help create visually compelling presentations in virtual and print media including Microsoft PowerPoint

+ Manage multiple projects against tight deadlines


Qualifications:


+ Minimum three years of recent progressive communications experience within a large, fast-paced, internal corporate communications environment

+ Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university

+ Record of success in translating complex technical concepts into clear and compelling messages

+ Strong people skills, flexibility in working with a diverse clientele and strong customer service focus; Strong time and task management skills

+ Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications including Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Outlook; proficient Adobe Dreamweaver and/or similar software

+ Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
